"Owner #2" was amazing throughout the entirety of my remodeling project. He helped with the design process, we had plans drawn up and submitted and the permit process was seamless. "Owner #2" was there every day and for every single inspection. His communication was constant and timely. Now about the work and the workers. Every single sub that "Owner #2" and "Better LA GC #4" has is amazing at their job and always pleasant to be around. Never once was I uncomfortable. Every tradesman introduced themselves made sure that any questions I had were answered. Franklin removed a load bearing wall in our kitchen to create an open concept. Kevin’s custom white oak cabinetry is truly a work of art. People may like the cabinetry more than the master bath. Our master bathroom was gutted completely and the new wet room with rain shower head and free standing tub is somewhere I can spend hours in. The tile work is immaculate with Juan spending as much time as he needs to get it perfect. They did a level 5 smooth finish on all the drywall and Roosevelt went over everything multiple times to make sure he didn’t miss one spot. Overall I can’t speak highly enough about the "Better LA GC #4's" team. It was my first project of this size and with all the horror stories I heard I was hesitant when I started the process. "Owner #2", "Owner #1", and their entire team made sure that everything came out exactly the way I wanted it. I found "Owner #1" thru a friend who's doing currently doing renovations with this company. I am currently on the hunt for a house and found one with a nice view but a major issues I wanted to change. Take a load bearing post down, add a kitchen island, etc. I messaged "Owner #1" to see if he could go to the house with me while the day they do inspections. Not only was he very prompt with communication but he was also very knowledgeable and honest with his feedback on the house. The pros and cons of getting it, and the amount it would cost for all the changes I wanted.
