We operate because we believe that ADUs, in a majority of scenarios, make a positive impact on both homeowners and the community alike. However, we've found that future ADU owners are commonly reporting losing tens-of-thousands of dollars to unreliable contractors who end up needing to be replaced.

There's a huge opportunity here to make this process less risky for homeowners.

Armed with over a decade in project management experience, Better ADU's founder, Justin Tilton has embarked on a mission to make the search for a reliable GC as clear, simple, and risk-free as possible for homeowners.
