We only work with contractors recommended by other ADU owners. Each contractor agrees to payment terms and contract conditions that mitigate homeowner risk, as well as pass our vetting process where we ensure they are licensed, bonded, insured, hold a portfolio of ADU work including references, and have consistently proven themselves reliable in the past according to the owners of the projects they have worked on. - Contractor Introduction:
Upon reviewing our recommended general contractor's portfolios, you'll be free to contact any of the general contractors who catch your eye. - Coordinate Bids and Sign:
You'll be able to speak directly with each general contractor you're interested in to see who you feel comfortable with. Assuming your initial conversations go smoothly, you'll be more than welcome to request free site visits and a free bids from the contractors you like so you can ultimately decide who will be the best fit for your ADU.

We primarily focus our efforts in the county of Los Angeles. However, we do currently have General Contractors working in cities across Ventura, Santa Barbara, Orange, Imperial, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties as well.
