Contract Details,Terms, and Conditions:
Our goal is to reduce homeowner risk as much as possible. One of the ways we ensure this is by including the following details in each of our general contractor's contracts:
- Stipulation for payment schedule.
- Inclusion and Exclusion list in fine detail.
- Warranty.
- Minimum of 5% retention.
- 3 day right to cancel stipulation.
- Clear change order process.
- Clear termination of work (for both parties).
